Enough is enough - Vodafone España's customer service SUCKS
Okay Vodafone, I've had enough. In July we ordered ADSL and phone through Vodafone. Within a few days a Telefonica engineer phoned to say he'd connected us in the exchange - this was before we had moved into the new house - and then about a week later the modem arrived. The ADSL modem is a great piece of kit. If ADSL is down for any reason it connects via Vodafone's 3G network and so we were able to get started right away. The problem is we have no phone line connecting us with the exchange. Firstly, the line is cut. And second, the bit that is dangling in the front garden isn't live anyway - don't think I didn't try it. We have phoned Vodafone over and over and over again. We get passed from person to person, department to department, but still there seems to be no one at Vodafone who is willing - or able - to kick Telefonica into sending an engineer out and fixing our problem. A couple of weeks ago we were given an appointment, but the engineer never showed. It's on our account, but was cancelled because the person who requested Telefonica was not authorised to do so. So Vodafone - we're coing to cancel. When you sue because we have cancelled the contract early we will rip you apart - just like we did with Tele2 a few years ago; and what we're going to do with Orange when they sue because THEY can't get their act together either.
